We have many food using Miso. So today, I’m going to tell you how Japanese Miso is excellence for our health.

 

 

Do you know what Miso made of ?

 

 

Miso is made of malt, salt and a lot of soy.

 

Many people likes to eat soy for health.

 

I really like Natto(sticky beans)  and soy milk !!

 

 

And I drink Miso soup everyday.

 

 

 

Soy contains a lot of protein that makes our skin and hair and nail beautiful!!
