I will introduce Japanese set meal “Teishoku”.
Main dishes with rice, miso soup, pickles, and side dish as one set.
It is a great deals Japanese set meal for lunch and dinner.
There are many kinds of main dishes, such as meat, fish, vegetables and so on, and
it is hard to decide everytime.

Today, I introduce one of my favorite Teishoku restaurant called “Iwato” in Ginza.
Iwato specializes in seafood menu, such as Tuna, Shirasu(young sardines), Anago(Conger) Tempura, Sea Urchin…
I ate a “Shirasu Teishoku” for the first time in 17 years yesterday.
Shirasu and Daikon pickles on the rice, and Miso marinated Tuna was side dish.
It was the same taste as before, and so delicious!
