We’re pleased to announce that we’ll release a new cooking activity collaborated with the Guided Gourmet Tour at COREDO Muromachi.
　

COREDO Muromachi is a shopping center where is full of “food” from all over Japan and “things” strictly Made in Japan.
　　

Join the guided gourmet walking tour to visit various shop where you can enjoy many sample taste while you learn Japanese traditions and experience some tasty.

For example, at the “Dashi” soup stock historical shop, experience how to shave the bonito flakes and learn about kelp.  You’ll also have a chance to roast seaweed at a famous seaweed shop on the way to the cooking studio.
　　

After you finish, you will then proceed to the cooking class where you’ll make Rolled Sushi, Japanese style egg omelet and some other dishes with English-speaking instructor at ABC Cooking Studio, the Japan’s largest cooking school!
　　

After 60 mins cooking experience, You’ll finish the tour with enjoying your own creation for lunch!  You will also get some nice gift including a cooking recipe to take back home.
