Sushi Roll Plate Cooking Class in Marunouchi

In this class you will make your Sushi Roll, Temari sushi (handy decorative sushi), Tamagoyaki (egg omelet) and Miso soup, from making Dashi, Japanese soup stock. For those who are seeing something fun in central Tokyo, we accept your same-day booking by 4 hours before the class starts. Just bring yourself to cooking studio!

    For no-plan travelers, if you’re looking for something fun & delicious, our class is open until 4 hours before the starting time! Handy towel, chef hat and aprons are all included, so just bring yourself!

  • Sushi Roll Cooking

    Learn how to prepare some of the most authentic washoku (Japanese dishes) at Japan’s largest cooking school. 

    Menu: Sushi  RollTemari Sushi, Tamagoyaki(Japanese egg omelet), Miso Soup

  • Complementary Shochu Tasting

    Finish your experience having lunch and with a sampling of 5 different Shochus (Japanese National alcohol) of various ingredients such as rice, barley, brown sugar, sweet potato and mango. Shochu is different than “Sake” as it is distilled while sake (called Nihonshu in Japan) is a brewed rice. You can enjoy Shochu not only on the rocks or straight, just like whiskey, but also with soda and juice which is called Sour Coktail.

    Meet up with your instructor at 14:00 pm at the reception of ABC Cooking Studio Marunouchi. Aprons, kitchen towels, chef hat and beverages are all included! 

  • Cooking Class

    Make your Sushi roll, temari sushi, miso soup and egg omelet!

  • 15:00 p Eat Your Creation!

    Eat your creation for your lunch!!

  • 15:30 p Class ends

    Finish your cooking experience with receiving complimentary gift bags and the written cooking recipe to take back home!
