[AM] Make Your Own Shoyu Ramen in Shiodome Studio

Build your own Japanese Ramen with your choice of noodles and toppings at a leading cooking school in Japan.

Enjoy the intimate class size of our Ramen cooking class in central Tokyo. During the class, you will learn every step of making Japanese Ramen, from the broth all the way to the final toppings. Highlights of this activity

  • Make your own Ramen!

    You can build your favorite style of Ramen, by choice of 2 kinds of noodles (egg noodle or rice noodle) as well as your preferred toppings.

  • Make your Toppings!

    Also, the instructor will teach you a quick and easy recipe for Chashyu pork (grilled pork) and Nitamago (a seasoned boiled egg) as well as other cooking tips and hacks to make Gyoza.

Tour Overview

  • 11:00 a ABC Cooking Studio

    Meet up with your instructor at 11:00 am at the reception of ABC Cooking Shiodome City Center Studio. Aprons, kitchen towels, chef has and beverages are all included! 

  • Ramen Class!

    Make you own Shoyu Ramen with experienced cooking instructor.

  • 12:00 a Enjoy your Ramen!

    Enjoy your own Ramen along with Gyoza and Annin-tofu (apricot milk jelly)

  • 12:30 p Class Ends

    Finish your cooking experience at 12:30 pm with receiving complimentary gift bags and the written cooking recipe to take back home!
