This is a small, private 2.5 hours class in central Tokyo, taught by a professional instructor at one of Japan’s largest culinary schools!
In this class you will thoroughly learn about the fundamentals of Japanese cuisine, from ‘dashi’ (soup stock) to seasonings and the art of plating. *Children, those with allergies and/or dietary restrictions may be accommodated for upon request.
**Shochu Campaign from September to March 2020**
Mini bottle of Shochu (Japanese liquor) will be given to all the customer!
*This class requires minimum of 2 people for booking. Please contact us if you are a solo participant. We also offer you a private lesson for one person with double price (39,600 yen).
*Location of cooking studio will be either in Marunouchi or Nihonbashi (both central Tokyo).
*Please note that dried sardines and bonito fish flakes are both essential ingredients for ramen broth.

Being a private class, our instructors will be completely available to you to answer any questions you may have regarding Japanese cuisine. In addition, they will inform you of local cooking styles and particular techniques that make Japanese cuisine unique and elevated.
Meet up with your instructor at 11:00 am at the reception of ABC Cooking Studio. Aprons, kitchen towels, chef hat and beverages are all included!

*For ramen menu, we will use pre-prepared noodles. We will not be making noodles from scratch.
