You may have had Unagi rice bowl or Unagi stick BBQ, but even for Japanese people,  the bones are very rare snack.  This is probably very wired for you but is actually very yummy!

This is also great for drinking snack. If you find unagi bone in Japan, you should try this with beer 🙂
