I’m Takuya Kambayashi, from Saitama, a town just outside of Tokyo. I’m so excited to be joining the team here at ABC Cooking Travel and giving those visiting Japan a little taste of my home country!
Let me tell you a little about myself! I am currently a student at the Tokyo College of Hospitality and Tourism, majoring in English Communication and French. I also love travelling; I’ve visited the U.S.A., Mexico, Canada Australia, China, Korea, etc. and I plan to visit even more in the future! In addition, I was previously a cooking instructor here at ABC Cooking Studio. My specialty dish is Carbonara and other types of Italian cuisine.
