*Location of the cooking studio is either in Marunouchi or Nihonbashi.
*If you do not arrive before 11:20 am without any contact, your reservation will be cancelled without a refund and you may no longer attend the class.

Cancellations must be made via email or phone call. When the cancellation is accepted, we will refund you the amount owed according to the following protocol.
a. 8 days or more prior to the tour date: 0 % charge
b. 7 days or less prior to the tour date: 100% charge
*In case we have to cancel any lesson we offer owing to unavoidable circumstances, you will get a full refund.
