Depending on the day of travel or choice of cooking menu, the cooking class takes place either in Nihonbashi or Marunouchi area (all center & convenient area of Tokyo).

Meeting Information:

The class starts exactly on time. if you’re late, your reservation will be cancelled without a refund and you may no longer attend the class.

Cancellation Policy:
The cancellation must be made by email or phone call.
When the cancellation accepted, we will refund you the balance after reducing the cancellation fee.

The cancellation fee is calculated as below;
When the cancellation process is completed (based on Japanese local time),

a. earlier than 8 days before : 0 %
b. after 7 days : 100 %

*The transfer fee must be paid by the customer.
*If the minimum number of participants is not reached up to 3 days before, we reserve the right to cancel the tour with notice.
*In case we have to cancel any tour we offer owing to unavoidable circumstances, the participant will get a full refund.
